Shannon Gwin was born and reared in Franklin Parish by a business owner father and manage-the-home-and-help-run-the-business mom. She is a 1989 graduate of Winnsboro High School and attended Northeast Louisiana University in 1993. She and her husband of 24 years, Scott, live in Baskin where they own a local business and are active members of Baskin Baptist Church. Shannon is very civic-minded and has a heart of service as evidenced by her community involvement and support. Her work experience includes over ten years of successful participation in title review, contract negotiations and real estate acquisitions, acting as Project Manager since 2013. Whether buying, selling, or in the market for residential or commercial property management, Shannon offers her clients honesty, integrity and the steadfast dedication required for effective results. 

 Toby is a life-long resident of Crowville, LA.  He and his wife, Angie, are the devoted parents of 3 beautiful children.
