Shannon Gwin was born and reared in Franklin Parish by a business owner father and manage-the-home-and-help-run-the-business mom. She is a 1989 graduate of Winnsboro High School and attended Northeast Louisiana University in 1993. She and her husband of 29 years, Scott, live in Baskin where they own a local business and are active members of Baskin Baptist Church. Shannon is very civic-minded and has a heart of service as evidenced by her community involvement and support. Her work experience includes over ten years of successful participation in title review, contract negotiations and real estate acquisitions, acting as Project Manager since 2013. Whether buying, selling, or in the market for residential or commercial property management, Shannon offers her clients honesty, integrity and the steadfast dedication required for effective results. 

*Wendy moved here from Florida over 20 years ago and married her husband, a lifetime resident of Franklin Parish. They have a combined total of 5 children, along with 4 grandchildren. They are active members of Bethany Worship Center where Wendy sings on the Praise and Worship Team. As a pipeline family, they have traveled across the country with work. In 2012, Wendy remained home to raise their family and started her career in real estate. In 2016, with the family needs changing, she decided to again travel alongside her husband. 

Now back in Franklin Parish since 2021, she has replanted her roots and re-established her business in helping others on their journey to finding their home, land or investing in commercial property.

Meet Ray Jennings, a Louisiana licensed real estate professional, involved and consulted with many diverse businesses prior to joining Kelley Realty.  Ray has 20 years of experience in operations, followed by 25 years of sales experience, including outside sales, sales management, and national accounts sales.

Living in Franklin Parish all but six years of his life, Ray is a member of Life Church, on the Board of Directors for the Franklin Parish Council on Aging, serves as Funeral Director for Dennard First National Funeral Home, as well as having been in the real estate industry since March of 2017.

Ray is married to Benise Walley Jennings, they have three children, and four grandchildren.
